First painting in my series entitled “Apparitions”.
I sought to capture the precise moment when color emerges from emptiness to become presence, to capture that moment of transition when a color and a form reveal themselves to the eye.
“Apparitions I” is an invitation to observe and feel what is born from color and matter, my way of making the invisible visible.
To feel rather than to understand, this work is a mirror in which the gaze creates reality, because what we see is only the reflection of what we carry within ourselves…
