First painting from my series entitled “Apparitions”.
I sought to capture the precise moment when color emerges from emptiness to become presence, to seize that transitional instant when a color and a form reveal themselves to the eye.
“Apparitions I” is an invitation to observe and feel what is born from color and matter — my way of making the invisible visible.
To feel rather than to understand: this work is a mirror in which the gaze creates reality, because what we see is only the reflection of what we carry within ourselves…
